bajeeh Terms & Conditions

Use of the bajeeh platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing bets on bajeeh.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or closed by bajeeh for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a bajeeh employee.

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account only. Creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. bajeeh reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances where duplicate account activity is detected. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

bajeeh operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or delay of pending withdrawals.

• Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address may be required in the form of a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months.
• Verification of payment methods (e.g., confirmation that a bKash or Nagad account is registered in your name) may be required before withdrawals are processed.
• bajeeh will process submitted documents within a reasonable time period and will notify you of the outcome via the contact details on your account.

bajeeh supports a range of local and international payment methods designed specifically for players based in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your bajeeh wallet in real time for supported MFS methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed after identity and payment method verification has been completed successfully.
• Withdrawal processing times: MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 3 working days.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used to fund the account. bajeeh does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Deposits and withdrawals via Visa and Mastercard are subject to the card network's own processing rules and may incur additional processing times.

bajeeh offers promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered players in good standing who have completed any applicable verification requirements.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bajeeh does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.

• In the event of a technical failure affecting a game or sporting event, bajeeh will apply reasonable industry-standard settlement rules. Where a definitive result cannot be determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Winnings from sports betting are determined by the final official result of the relevant competition or match at the time it is declared. Any subsequent reviews, appeals, or amendments to results after settlement will not be taken into account.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the respective game studios. bajeeh does not influence game outcomes.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply across all products. Specific limits are published within each game or market. bajeeh reserves the right to limit bet sizes or winnings payable to any player at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajeeh platform. Any player found to have engaged in any prohibited activity may have their account permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than legitimate gambling activity.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or engaging in coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit from promotional offers.

bajeeh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• A request from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bajeeh support. Where an account is closed at a player's request and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements apply, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Self-excluded accounts will not have their exclusion reversed for a minimum of six months from the date of the self-exclusion request.

All content on the bajeeh platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to bajeeh and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajeeh and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption to service caused by:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to internet connectivity.

bajeeh's total liability to any player for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total deposits made by that player to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
